Job Description: Centennial Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience to drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions across our company. As a key player in scaling our engineering, IT, and product teams, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier candidates. This role demands a strategic approach, a thorough understanding of technical roles, and the ability to handle a high-volume recruitment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various technical roles.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Interview Process: Coordinate and conduct initial phone screenings, in-depth technical interviews, and debrief sessions with hiring teams to ensure alignment.
- Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and work closely with HR.
- Data Driven Recruitment: Track metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks to advise hiring managers and adjust recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of technical roles, including software engineering, IT, data science, and cybersecurity.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing complex offers.
- Data Driven: Experience in using recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
