Centennial Technologies Inc. is looking for a seasoned Jr. Communication Analyst to help one of our federal clients. The individual should have proven extensive knowledge and success in supporting the federal financial division by developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy.
- Coordinate the development and production of visual materials for briefings at all levels (Leadership briefings, divisional briefings, special project briefings, and ad-hoc briefings).
- Partner with the agency leadership to develop and execute effective unofficial messaging strategies.
- Develop compelling visual content for internal communication initiatives and assist in creating video content for the website and internal communications.
- Identify and address communication needs across the division, continually seeking ways to improve communication channels.
- Manage and update the creation and management of content for the financial SharePoint site, including written content, visual aids, video content, and templates.
Skills Required:
- 1-3+ years of federal financial communication management experience, including developing visual aids, conducting leadership-level briefings, and managing centralized content management platforms
- Experience partnering with the agency leadership to develop and execute effective unofficial messaging strategies.
- Proven expertise in developing visual content for internal communication initiatives and assisting in the creation of video content for the website and internal communications.
- Experience utilizing rich media elements like images, videos, and infographics to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear and concise SharePoint website content.
- Experience in maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging across all communications.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
