Centennial Technologies uses holistic applications, digital strategies, and a seamless integration approach to enhance competitive advantage, reduce implementation cycles, and reduce costs, while improving quality.

As IT evolves from technology-centric to value-centric, Centennial Technologies uses an agile and future-proof portfolio that sets the tone for simplifying, modernizing, and securing applications. By redesigning applications, Centennial Technologies enriches customer experiences and accelerates digital transformation in a secure environment.

Emerging Technology Services

As businesses transform their IT systems, they are increasingly finding that the ideal digital experience must also be a more human experience. The agencies that embark on IT modernization programs must put the customer above all other considerations. As such, Technology innovation is key to a transformation strategy. We help you explore emerging and proven technologies to enable transformation, develop approaches, and provide evaluation and implementation support in these critical areas.

Centennial specializes in emerging technologies that position agencies and corporations as leaders in their respective fields by providing them with the tools and means to leapfrog their competition. As many organizations try to catch up with the latest innovations, we believe it is vital to anticipate and lay out the groundwork for the adoption to provide the best solution with the best value. By combining building blocks for a specific use case, we design custom solutions and, as patterns emerge through subsequent use cases, develop reusable solutions, creating an environment of ongoing innovation and improvement.

Our Emerging Technologies Lab specializes in the four leading-edge technologies that we believe will have the most significant impact over the next decade on your business and mission: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Advanced Analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Our AI experts augment RPA to replicate human actions and enable better decisions using machine learning algorithms. Our expert data analysts evaluate and consider emerging technologies such as predictive, prescriptive, and augmented solutions to realize benefits from data insights. As we have done for so many of our commercial and federal clients, we can help you achieve a fast ROI by implementing bots for your key business processes. This enables your talented staff free from many elementary functions, thereby focusing more time on critical analysis and decision-making.

Application Development and Support Services

Organizations are changing the way they operate in business, meet their missions, and address emerging threats. They are actively working to meet the evolving needs of their customers and citizens while increasing customer engagement through an enhanced customer experience (CX). We focus on delivering strategic business outcomes by helping clients maximize the value of their applications, drive operational excellence, and competitive advantage.

Centennial is a transformation partner that understands your requirements, technology environment, operating structure, and adoption readiness to address modernization with purpose. Our application support services ensure that the right capabilities, with the most valuable data insights, are delivered at the moments that matter most.

As technology solutions converge, there are advanced opportunities to serve better and protect citizens. We provide industry and technology expertise, frameworks, and tools to enable our clients to drive business agility, competitive advantage, transformation, and cost efficiencies. Our Agile-based framework uses the principles of Lean and Kanban to deliver value quickly with increased transparency. We provide application development and maintenance support, perform portfolio management and application integration, transform and modernize applications, and provide website development and management.

Cloud Support Services

With continuous pressure to modernize and accelerate innovation, organizations face the challenge of purposeful transformation. Lowered costs, enhanced flexibility, and the ability to create new revenue streams make cloud a technology of choice for high performance. But the cloud can do more. Cloud can connect customers and citizens anytime, anywhere, eliminate organizational boundaries, spur new products and services, broaden global footprint at a lowered cost, and enhance insight through advanced analytics. Cloud is now a true driver to business change, bringing together a range of public and private services to deliver agility, scalability, simplicity, and speed to market. We provide cloud support services that use the best of today’s available technologies and methods.

At Centennial, we engage with customers to holistically examine their business needs. Our Cloud services are then tailored to meet these requirements and deliver the key benefits of business agility, scalability, and flexibility in a robust and secure environment. Switching from an un-virtualized environment to a cloud can provide substantial cost savings. With greater automation and consolidation, we enable organizations to extract more significant savings from their IT footprint.

Centennial helps its clients navigate the challenges and opportunities available to improve business processes and create dynamic, collaborative work environments. We offer end-to-end services from consulting and implementation to ongoing support activities, along with the tools and partner relationships to implement, manage, and monitor any cloud-based process. Our services include strategy, assessment, and gap analysis, planning, designing, and performing migrations to industry-leading cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Salesforce, performing infrastructure optimization, and providing operations and maintenance support.

We perform security risk assessments and help you navigate through your compliance challenges, inform you of current risks, and establish prioritized remediation strategies.

Information Technology (IT) Operations and Support Services

As organizations increasingly digitize their operations, the complexity and scale of IT infrastructure has grown exponentially. Today’s businesses experience a significant increase in data volume and struggle to store, organize, and maintain their data in an efficient way. Depending on an organization’s size and complexity, common pitfalls may include disruptive IT infrastructure updates, poor data management, inconsistent service assurance practices, and frustrated end users who lack support. These issues combined can have a devastating impact on an organization’s productivity. To ensure seamless and efficient IT infrastructure, it is imperative to establish robust IT operations support.

Centennial’s IT operations and support service experts have extensive experience transforming business IT operations. Our services include IT Infrastructure Management, IT Service Management, IT Service Assurance, and IT Service Desk and User Support. Our team uses agile-based work methodologies and ITIL principles to enhance infrastructure technologies with minimal disruption. This includes proactive monitoring, patching, and security support; optimizing performance and mitigating risks while meeting regulatory requirements; and maintaining industry standards. Our IT service management support encompasses everything from hardware configurations to software upgrades in support of end-to-end IT delivery. We ensure seamless continuity of these management services through a centralized solution to support ticket requests and user inquiries. Our IT service assurance support ensures that all these functions operate as intended and in a consistent manner. We conduct rigorous quality control and system requirement tests to build end users’ trust in their organization’s IT operations. Similarly, Centennial’s IT service desk and user support services provide 24/7/365 enterprise support, including Tiers 1-4 help desk/subject matter expert (SME) support to ensure that end users receive responsive, accurate, and timely assistance. We use ITIL standards to ensure service assurance, Artificial Intelligence for IT operations (AIOps) to automate regular tasks, and deploy chatbots to enhance the customer experience at reduced costs.

Businesses can achieve greater efficiency, security, and overall success by addressing current challenges and proactively managing IT infrastructure. A business that invests in IT operations and support services is well on its way to increased profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction. At Centennial, we work side by side with our clients to develop a unified IT vision that aligns with their business objectives. In conjunction with enhanced IT systems, our support services provide clients with the foundation to deliver high-quality IT operations continuously. Benefits include improved customer service experience, operational cost reduction, productivity, and accountability. All these benefits combined lead to an overall improvement in business processes.

Program Management Office (PMO) Services

A strong, centralized Program Management Office (PMO) with efficient project leadership is key to any successful organization. Many large, complex organizations struggle in forming a strategic vison to implement and maintain a streamlined PMO. In today’s rapidly evolving technology landscape, organizations must adapt quickly to new regulations, competitors, and consumer expectations. Failure to do so may result in missing out on valuable opportunities, wasting significant resources, and mediocre business outcomes that fail to meet objectives. Some specific organizational challenges may include lack of oversight, misguided prioritization, and improper allocation of resources.

Centennial’s certified project management professionals and program experts take a holistic approach to solving organizations’ most challenging PMO problems. Centennial works closely with clients to develop customized solutions that address their unique business needs. Our solutions are based on four key tenets: independent, objective assessments; smart, strategic program management; data-driven decision making; and dynamic program involvement that aligns internal and external stakeholders. These strategies have proven effective across our diverse portfolio of programs involving technology evaluations, systems management, legacy system migration, application development, procurement support, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Exhibit 300 business case management.

Centennial ensures that its clients are well positioned to succeed with a centralized PMO and overarching strategic vision. A properly implemented PMO creates a seamless link between strategy definition and program execution to ensure alignment. Strategically configured dashboards provide data that support strong decision making to achieve project objectives on time and within budget. The decision-making process becomes objective and data-driven, which mitigates wasted resources. Centennial’s PMO services ensure organizational longevity with increased engagement, superior work quality, and improved outcomes for the organization and its stakeholders.
